Vicki Fitzgerald

Vicki has worked for the past 15 years on regeneration in Birmingham, with a particular focus on the development of people in local communities. Vicki led the development of new qualifications to equip the workforce to deliver high-quality services which responds to increasing health inequalities. Since setting up Gateway Family Services CIC in 2006 Vicki has designed and implemented outreach support services for people at increased risk of poor health.  In particular the Pregnancy Outreach Worker service, which has supported over 6000 women who have risk factors for infant mortality.
