Paul is a corporate finance partner at PwC. He specialises in large transactions between Government and the private sector including work for the MOD, Highways Agency, DECC, Department for Transport and local authorities. He has just formed The Green Deal Finance Company, a national not-for-profit public private partnership formed to provide the underlying finance to Government’s Green Deal, designed to make our homes energy efficient. Paul has appeared in Parliament at Public Accounts Committees, Select Committees and Lords Committees on a variety of infrastructure issues. |
