Alka Sehgal Cuthbert

Alka Sehgal Cuthbert has worked in education for over 20 years. She writes on educational and cultural issues, for online publications. Her doctoral thesis argues for a progressive defence of liberal subject-based education, with a particular focus on the relationship between knowledge and values. 

She is a governor at the East London Science School.
