Suzi Williams

In 2014, BT’s brand value reached 15 billion dollars (around a third of BT market cap) - the end of a successful five year brand transformation started in 2008 under Suzi’s leadership.

Known for her restless curiosity, steady nerve and strong belief in partnerships and innovation, she has been at the heart of BT’s renaissance, driving the move towards a bolder, more innovative and customer-centric culture for the Group, and putting the BT Tower back at the heart of London.

Suzi led BT’s bid to become a London 2012 marketing partner, and ran the company’s London 2012 marketing programme, ensuring maximum impact from the Games on the BT brand, and paving the way for the successful launch of BT Sport.

She started her career in brand management at Procter & Gamble, before a mix of media and technology roles across Orange, the BBC, KPMG, and Capital Radio Group.

She was awarded Sponsorship Personality of the Year 2012 by Hollis, and is a Fellow of the Marketing Society.

Suzi divides her time between West London, and Deal, Kent, where she recently bought a new beach house.
