Ros Ball

Ros Ball is a parent, journalist and author of the recently released book The Gender Police: A Diary. Ros and her partner James Millar kept a two year record on Twitter of how the world treats their daughter and son differently.

She writes online about how society, family and even herself contribute to ‘gender policing’ that limits kids’ lives, along with ideas for how to break these stereotypes. Ros also has a day job as a parliamentary broadcast journalist and presenter.
