He has global experience with special focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, the Indian subcontinent, East Europe and the former Soviet Union. He worked for 7 years as a consultant (for DFID, UN, NGOs etc.) and 27 years in NGO management of international development and disaster response, including posts as Regional Manager for Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union for 6 years, Oxfam Emergencies Coordinator (global) for 9 years, in-country management (India) for 6 years, and other management and administration for 6 years |
