Royal Philharmonic Society Battle of Ideas Fanfare

Saturday 19 October, 10.00am until 10.05am, Cinema 1 Festival Attractions 2013

The Royal Philharmonic Society (RPS), to celebrate its Bicentenary this year, has commissioned a young composer to write a Fanfare to herald the start of this year’s Battle. The composer is:

Tom Harrold

Tom Harold’s fanfare will be performed by players from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. The RPS has sponsored a debate at the Battle Ideas for the past five years.
